I must warn you...

what you are about to see are cheesecakes that require sour cream...but since I didn't have any we used NO FAT yogurt and they were excellent!

Chicken Francese

I always brine my chicken for several hours and this recipe requires the chicken to be pounded thin...and it helps with any agression issues you may have!
