they say that brown food does not photograph well and I agree but we finally got it right with the potatoes and the gorgonzola sauce on the flank steak was a perfect consistency.

Aimie, the baker, the finished product...it was very light, the consensus was that it was quite rich...but I didn't think so....I liked it though
