...and Thanksgiving ends with...

full bellies, great friends...and great laughs! Posted by Picasa

Chocolate pecan or pistacchio biscotti...

..they were delicious...but it again proves...brown food is ugly! Posted by Picasa

this may not be the most visually appealing frittata

...but Kerri and I threw everything in...some smoked gouda, canadian bacon, tomato...along with the asparagus it was delicious...by the way a frittata is just a baked omelette... Posted by Picasa

Pumpkin cheesecake

the pumkin swirl in the cheesecake looked good...better than it tasted was the concensus Posted by Picasa

Corn and feta flan...

this flan couldn't have been easier and it's texture was a perfect partner to the firm spicy shrimp. Posted by Picasa

final saute of the spicy shrimp

...we decided that the next time we tried these spicy shrimp that we would use less of the dry coating as it got a bit gummy... Posted by Picasa
